Scope
This notice covers this website only: its public pages and the enquiry form. It does not cover services provided under a separate engagement agreement, which may include their own data terms.
Personal data we collect
Enquiry form
The contact form does not send or store anything on this website. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, it opens WhatsApp with your enquiry written out, addressed to our office number +91 98331 75033. Nothing reaches us until you tap Send in WhatsApp. The message contains:
- Required: name, phone number, message.
- Optional: email address, project type and project location.
Once sent, we receive your message together with your WhatsApp number and profile name. Please do not include sensitive information (for example financial, health or identity-document details) in your message.
Security and anti-spam data
To stop automated abuse, the form uses a hidden “honeypot” field in your browser. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability.
Browsing the website
Visitors browsing the public pages are not asked to sign in, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers. See the Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To read and respond to your enquiry and discuss the project you asked about.
- To keep a record of enquiries.
- To protect the website and form from spam, abuse and security incidents.
We do not use enquiry data for marketing newsletters, sell it, or share it with advertisers. If we ever wish to use your data for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent first.
Consent and withdrawal
We process enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the checkbox on the contact form and then choosing to send the message in WhatsApp. The checkbox is never pre-ticked.
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing spacedesign1108@gmail.com with the subject “Withdraw consent”. We will stop processing and delete your enquiry data, unless we must retain it to comply with law. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Service providers and third parties
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp (Meta) | Carries enquiries sent from the contact form or the WhatsApp button to our office | Your number, profile name and the messages you send, governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy; nothing is embedded or loaded on our pages |
| Website hosting provider (Vercel) | Serves the website | Technical request logs |
| Supabase (database and file storage) | Stores the project information and images shown on the website, and the sign-in of authorised staff who edit them | Staff email and sign-in records only; no visitor data. Requests to it may appear in its technical logs |
| Email providers (Gmail, Rediffmail) | If you email us directly, or we reply to you | Your email and correspondence |
| Google Maps (link only) | Opens only if you click “View location on map” | Governed by Google’s own privacy policy; no map is embedded on our pages |
The website loads no fonts, scripts or embeds from third-party servers. Project information and images are fetched from our Supabase database; visitors do not have accounts.
Where data is stored
Enquiries you send are held in our office’s WhatsApp account. WhatsApp and our hosting and email providers may process data on servers outside India, in accordance with applicable law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 12 months after our last communication with you, unless the enquiry leads to an engagement, in which case records are kept as required for that engagement and by law.
- Technical logs: according to the retention settings of the hosting provider.
How we protect it
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Enquiries are read only by authorised staff on the office WhatsApp account.
- Visitors have no accounts, and no visitor data is stored in our database.
- Only authorised staff can sign in to edit projects. Access is enforced in the database itself, not only in the browser, and there is no public sign-up.
No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will act in accordance with applicable law, including notifying affected individuals and authorities where required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you may:
- request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data where it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent;
- withdraw consent (see above);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us, and, if not resolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India.
